We have a custom CPOE form where we use a dynamic list for problems. When a problem is assessed on the previous screen the problems are checked off in the dynamic list. When they are added to the CPT Orders I cannot dictate what order they cross over in. Please help.

Describing a solution to your problem is difficult without actually reviewing the code, but I suspect that it would be a matter of using the captured assessed diagnosis list as the list that is presented to the provider for selection. In this manner, the user can determine the order of appearance. Some other workflow might be possible if the code were presented for review.
