Hello All,
I'm wondering is others have run into this problem. It is only on some charts, not all. When you click print and choose flowsheet and then click print or preview you get the following message:
The matching " for this string is missing.
The report then closes without previewing or printing.
In the charts where you get this message changing the date range for the data to be returned doesn't make a difference. My first thought was perhaps there was a weird character in the flowsheet somewhere, but I date limited the data returned to only good data.
Has anyone run into this before? Did you find a resolution? Also, even if you haven't run into it before do you know where the report is located that EMR calls when you click to print the flowsheet? That is going to be my next avenue for research.
Thanks,
Brad
Hello All,
We have kept working on this and opened a ticket with Athena. In the flowsht.rpt we think we have found the issue if the following formula field: @PATIENTSTATS. However, when you look in formula this is all there is: "44 Yr Old WM". We are trying to figure out what data is getting pulled in here and why it might be breaking things. Has anyone else run into this issue?
Thanks,
Brad
