Does anyone have suggestions regarding best practices for executing standard scripts given to athenaFlow customers by Athena (eg. FixMedSync, Masterlock, etc.)?
My practice was wondering if there are any customer built solutions for running scripts like this from a UI menu (or something along those lines) outside of Oracle SQL Developer or SQL Plus (as there are inherent security risks when logging in and accessing/altering a production database).
How do your practices handle common fixes like this? Is Athena support engaged for all fixes of this nature?
