Has anyone created a way to capture grams on their vital signs form for pediatricians? We just added a pediatrics office and they mentioned that they would like some sort of grams conversion method.

The vital signs peds form converts lbs to kg. I would think you could work from that and create a field for grams. Just a thought.

Sounds like you, or someone, will need to modify the form a bit. Have it take in the value with a radio box for pounds or grams. Knowing 454 grams to the pound, just math from there.
Warning, be sure to always store your data in the same measure. In other words, don't write pounds some times and grams other times.
