Hello All,
I am looking to graph flowsheet data in a form. Something similar to what is in the "drawer" section of the Patient Landing Page. So far we have stayed away from HTML forms. However looking at my options I'm thinking that is what I need to do. Has anyone created something like this? I am looking on some direction on how to get started.

Years ago, we created a graph in the chart note for an anesthesia record. I will say that while it can be done, it is extremely limited in the presentation and formatting of the note. Overall, the return was not worth the effort given the limitations of the legacy RTF editor that is the chart note. It is not currently possible to graph on an encounter form proper and while HTML might be able to do this, understand that transferring it to a chart note will be bound by the same limitations.

Hi Lee,
Thanks for the information. This has been one of Centricity's limitations. I think our providers aren't interested in the outputting to the note. They just want picture to reference, similar to what you get when you push CTRL+G and select a term. I think what I would be trying to do is an html form that I can add to the visit on the fly that allows you to select an obs term and then graphs n number of values.
