If you remove items from a form after creating a SETVALUES button, then every time you open the SETVALUES button for editing, you get the error message:
In Encounter Form Editor (EFE) these items would disappear if you edited the button and saved it. In Visual Form Editor, they stay there forever.
Does anyone know a way to get rid of them? They don't cause any problem, but they make it more difficult to maintain the SETVALUES buttons.

Set the Value to null, next time you open it the field will be removed.
