Is anyone using a form for their most commonly used ICD10 codes? As opposed to using the problems module within EMR? Favoring 2-3 clicks as opposed to typing.

We have one that does this. I use PROBLEM_CUST_LIST() to build a single select listbox, every Dx is added with two clicks that way. Since it is a custom list, providers can add to it themselves, which makes it low maintenance.
I have another part of the same form that reads the MOST USED PROBLEM table from CPS for the user and pulls automatically the problems they actually have used, the process for the provider is the same. You won't be able to get that to work without a SQL connection to your VFE forms though.
