I would like to use MEL to open the Find Pharmacy window if REGPHARMACY () = "", so that a user can quickly update that for the patient. Anyone know of a way to make this work?

To the best of my knowledge that isn't possible with MEL. MEL only works within the Chart module and the pharmacy is Registration.

You can use MEL to select a pharmacy from the list of pharmacies, but (as noted above) I don't believe you can attach it to the pharmacy in Registration.
