Anyone ever run across this problem? You add text into an obsterm whether it be free text or a drop down and as soon as you tab to the next field it disappears. I am building this form for our new surgeon and have found about 10 obsterms that do this. I even tried using a set values button to change their status, cleared out all code referencing the obsterm and still nothing. I'm getting frustrated.

oh nevermind, it was my fault, my test database isn't up to date and I am pulling OBSterms from my production.
