Let me know how to resolve.
Looks like you have some Oracle auditing redirected to your Windows Event Log. Also, are the events all about different files? They shouldn't be happening that quickly. I would get someone at GE or an Oracle DBA to look at your startup parameters and your Oracle Alert Log.
Thanks Dave...I was wrong about how often it is generated. It looks like there are four entries every time there is a new archive log. This happens every 10-20 minutes.
I did a little more digging and found that it is not an error. The message is just saying that the log has been archived. The error in there is that it cannot find the text to display in the event log, which indicated the oracle installation wasn't completed successfully.
