Does anyone have a form for PSA Tracking?
Better yet, does anyone have a tool that calculates the PSA velocity?
Its basically (the avg of the 3 most recent PSA values / the amount of years between the 1st and 3rd value)

Hi Courtney, We don't have this form but if you will email me the logic we will create the form for you. We have a developer with a little down time and looks like a good learning experience. No charge.
