Hello All,
I am trying to remove the date of birth for the guarantor on the patient profile report. I did this and changed the business report criteria to point to my new .rpt file. When I try and run the report I get the following error:
IDispatch Error #31410
Has anyone else run into this? Any suggestions?

Did you ever get an answer for your question?
An IDdispatch Error occurs when there is a difference between the configuration of your criteria and parameter settings within Centricity and the associated configuration within the Crystal Reports report definition.

Thanks for following up and for the offer. I did work it out. After some trial and error found that the report that I modified has an error in it. I grabbed a new copy of the patient profile report form our production system and that resolved the error.
