I want to replace the Diagnosis name with the Dx ICD10 code on the scripts. The name appears under indications.
Running CPS 12.0.13
Has anyone done this and would you share your rpt file?

In Ohio, we now have to print the first five digits of the ICD-10 code on prescriptions. Attached are two versions, one of which also adds the recent requirement of duration days.

I was able to get it to work. Looks like I did similar to Eric's without the 5 character restriction.
I still have to set an array in the case there is more than on Dx, but for a single Dx it is working.presctn with dx

I'm trying to do the same, can someone reattach one of the files in this thread. It seems they got archived in CHUG and when I click on one of them, they don't load.
