We would like to be able to fire off a flag on any patient with a fracture diagnosis over a certain age while in the assessment on said patient. We previously used document.activeprobs but this does not seem to be available anymore. Any thoughts.

You should be able to use PROB_AFTER. It has several possible parameters so check the help.
