Does anyone have a report that they would be willing to share that prints with the following info:
Patient Name:
Code
Dx
I have tried creating a Inquiry and can't get the dx to print on any Orders report I run. I also ran the Medicalogic Orders Status report by Code, but this doesn't include dx.either. Is there a report that I am missing?
We are on EMR 9.8.11

I have an EMR report that list out all Orders, but it does not (yet) link to Dx. Although, since more than one diagnosis may be attached to an order, pondering how to best represent that - or show it within the limitations of Crystal reports.
How would you propose handling an order code with none, one, seven diagnosis codes linked?

I'm not sure how to handle the scenario of multiple dx codes either. I may try to see if our PM system can generate something that the provider is requesting. If you happen to come up with any suggestions or a report, I would love to see it. I have never had Crystal Reports training so it makes it difficult to get reports that providers or managers need. I can make minor changes on canned reports in the system, but that's about the extent of it.
