Report for expired ICD 10 code on Problem Lists

Hello,
We are trying to find a report or script that will show ICD-10 code E78.0 on patients Problems Lists so we can manually remove these codes since this code is expired. Thanks!

You can run a report of Expired patient DX Codes under chart report - reports - Expired patient Dx codes.
