Good day. Does anyone have a report that will pull in the list of Rx Renewal Requests from the providers' desktops. We have several providers that are forgetting to check this portion of their desktop, and we need to run a report to see who has outstanding requests.
I've gotten close, but can't get it narrowed down to only current items, not all requests. We're on CPS 12.3.2.

Hi Robin,
Have not migrated to 9.12 (or similar CPS version), but wondering if this is stored in the erxrequest file. Does anyone know?

This would be nice. I currently have a list of around 100 providers that I monitor from time to time. With a list that large CPS instantly starts to crawl after I load the complete My List. I basically have to logout and get a fresh session if I want to do any kind of work after reviewing their Renewals.
