Would anyone have a SQL query that identifies patients with uncoded meds on their allergy list? And the uncoded allergy on that list?
We discovered some patients have uncoded allergies, which are not triggering the allergy alert. These allergies were either added with an older CPS or Logician version where codes were not required, or were added from the Custom Allergy custom list, where a couple dozen uncoded meds were still living. The custom list has been cleaned up.
No problem if the food or environment allergies show up on the sql results, we can sift through those. But connecting the allergies table to the patientprofile for name or patient ID would be a huge help.
