Has anyone created or figured out a way to see what forms a patient has filled out on the patient portal? Is this even possible?
Are you referring to the Surebridge (formerly Kryptiq) portal?
Yes, the surescripts patient portal
I never figured out from the SQL, but for the patient forms that flow into Logician documents, I simply run an Inquiry (or Crystal Report) to track.
Others, that become messages, we have the rule to place into a DONE folder. And thus, we can do a count of the DONE folder.
Neither is elegant, but gives us answers.
Yeah. I have something similar to that also but now getting complaints that the patient filled out the paperwork and it showed it was submitted but nothing is coming into the chart. Nothing in LLogic or anywhere else I can find.
I have a case open with Surescripts but they haven't been able to find anything yet. I was hoping that there was some way to look in the SMPP database and see if it tracked what a patient filled out.
Could there be something odd with a Routing List? I have tried to get away from them so I do not have to continually update them.
I have not heard that issue - missing items. Although a common complaint is that items done by patients do not show up in the 'sent' folder. And I need to explain that the 'sent' folder is for messages, but forms are not processed that way.
First thing I thought of and went back in and tested each doctor and facility and everything went in correctly for my test ones.
Its like they just disappear. At first, I was thinking it is user error but now I have had too many say it has happened so I have to investigate. I will be glad when ver 8 comes out so we will have the save session option.
Did you check the audit log in SMPP for that user to see if it has the information in it?
