Hello! I hope i can get some help on this. We are on 12.0.2 CPS and we are needing a report from SQL.
1. All Medicare patients within the last 12 months using an E&M code (99211 – 99215 or 99201 – 99205)
2. All Medicare patients who have not had an AWV and/or IPPE in over a year
a. All patients within 1. who have not had an IPPE (G0402), AWV 1st (G0438), and AWV Sub (G0439) within last 11 months.
b. Designate patients that have had a previous IPPE (G0402), AWV 1st (G0438), and AWV Sub (G0439) with the date of the visit and name or code for service previously rendered.
Any help on the script for these 2 reports would helpful! Thanks in advance!
