Does anyone have some advice (or perhaps documentation from GE) about how to map or remap a Truven handout? For example, one provider told me onychomycosis, which is nail fungus, maps to skin yeast infection handout. Yesterday, I was searching for something pretty standard and was surprised there was no handout for it. I bet there's one in there just not mapped to the problem. Another provider told me she used to get age-appropriate well child information when clicking on "Well Child Care," but now she doesn't get that. I'd appreciate any helpful hints. Thanks.
go to your Administration and find the Charts-> Internet Sites. There should be a Truven Health Item that you can select and then press the Change button. The URL section drives how the blue i button grabs the info and sends it to Truvens website. here is what ours looks like:
I also searched for onychomycosis and Truven pulled up the yeast infection, but had the words (ONYCHOMYCOSIS CAUSED BY DERMATOPHYTE) next to it. I can check if there is a handout for the item you were searching for in my system as well, to see if it is just not available under that name/ICD10 code.
Thank you,
Daniel
I talked with Truven at C-Live and mapping can be done but it is an additional service/cost. They did tell me if I found something incorrect or missing to send them an e-mail and they would look into it.
