Happens without fail when loading a certain form:
"Error occurred in class , method CWpfInteropChartServiceHelper::GetNKPObs"
What in the form would cause this? The whole system just closes down.

Have you ran a MELTRACE? It may have more helpful information about what is going on.

Is this a built in form?
It looks like it is having an issue with a function called GetNKPObs() which reads and or writes to the "NKPROB" obs term ("no known problems").
This will show up on the Chart Summary Problems window as "This patient has no known problems (NKPROB)" (or something similar) , if the patient does not any problems listed.
