Does anyone have an x-ray order form where the clinical staff/provider can select which views of a specific bodypart they want to order, then once the rad-tech confirms that those are the views that were taken, the appropriate order is added?
ie a provider orders an AP Pelvis, a cross table lateral, and a frog-leg lateral. The patient comes in and already has had a cross table lateral. The rad-tech shoots an AP pelvis and frog-leg lateral.
- In this case, that would be a 1 view pelvis and a 1 view unilateral hip so those orders are added along with modifiers for laterality.
