Hello,
we are a multi-specialty group... well not really but lets say we are for the purposes of this post. On our charge slip it lists the last appointment date and prior diagnosis which is great however when the patients go to another specialty within the group the last appointment date gets changed to that date and that diagnosis. Is there some way I can differentiate between the locations of care within the charge slip so it only shows the last DX and appt for each specialty?
