I am wondering if anyone is using the SM lab results letter created by Kryptiq that comes with the portal. We are very diligent about not releasing our staff's full names to patients and while I can adjust the letter to sign a first name only, when you sign the document off, it signs with the user's first and last name (like all chart documents). My issue is, this then gets sent as part of the secure message or letter. I'm curious if anyone has found a way around this? Also, as a side note, the letter option looks more like a document than a letter, or at least it just looks weird to me. I am wondering if anyone happened to modify that as well?
Good morning Malissa, I am wondering how this is working for your clinic? We are using the ACM to send the CVS, but want to start using it for lab results as well. Can you give any advice on the pros and cons your clinic as come across?
Thanks,
Steph
We changed the coding to sign the message/letter with only the first name which has worked ok for the nurses who use it. However, we have one physician who uses it and it drives her crazy that signs her first name only. We don't have a wide use of this particular form due to all the particular issues with the names. I am currently investigating using the ACM to send normal labs via the portal. It would relieve the nurses of a lot of work, and since the ACM functions so smoothly I would really like to try this in the near future.
We are looking to use the ACM to send the normals automatically after they are signed. Is anyone currently using this function? I am looking for good and bad feedback. Also how do you work the abnormal labs?
Is anyone using the Liaison/Ignis format? I watch a webinar on this yesterday as usual Ignis is ahead of the game but we are already paying for the ACM and want to try and make it work.
Thanks
