For Kryptiq/Surescripts SMPP and CQR users: When you register a patient on the portal using the Add from Chart feature, are you able to see this captured in your CQR for the Portal Access measure?
Thanks,
Alice
I would love to know the answer to this as well!
I know that last fall the answer was no, CQR could only capture the PATPORTALPIN Obs, but this was a known issue that was due to be resolved by the end of the year.
Would be interesting to know if these 'add from chart' portal accounts are now being captured.

Yes - the add from chart does count in CQR. We have been using this feature for quite sometime now and even used it to meet the measure last year.
Hello, we were having the same issue. You will need to call GE to fix the issue. They are not aware of Kryptiq's add from chart feature. The report is still looking for the PIN #. We are still having problems the messages calculating but we our patient access to the portal is now calculating.

akoen - was there something you had to add to data mapping or something for it to work?

For us, at least, it worked out of the box. In your CPS database in the MUActivityLog table it should record when a patient is registered for the portal. This should be what CQR is pulling from for this measure.
kwest do you happen to have the SPR # for this so I can reference this to GE when I put a ticket in?
We have pulled some CQR reports and we are getting data for the portal access so it looks to be working for us.
With the Add from Chart feature, what identifier is CQR pulling to find the patient has portal access?
