Good morning!
After a patient registers for a patient portal account and then verifies their identity to the EMR, a email (not a secure message) is sent to the patients email address they registered with.
This email states "Your Secret Question has changed."
The NotificationSuite Editor on the application server has a notification that uses PasswordChangedNotification and this is what controls this message using the following html coding:
Your %%=InfoChanged%% has changed.
Why is there not a notification present in the NotificationSuite Editor for account creation and/or verification?
Does anyone know where the %%=InfoChanged%% coding is pulling from?
I assume everyone has this same scenario. We are on Kryptiq version 5.4.8
Thanks!

Just a side note: Its very confusing for a patient/user to register for a website, then get a email that states "Your Secret Question has changed".
Especially when they never set up a "Secret Question". I am guessing this is referring to the HINT QUESTIONS they set up when they are registering.
Geesh.
If I knew how to turn off that secret question email I would. I get phone calls all day because they think they were hacked......
Hi mbellis.
I have a Kryptiq ticket in right now for it to be fixed.
Its very disconcerting that there is not a notification in the notification suite for registration and/or activating.
That's the general response I get from patients as well. They think that their account was accessed by an unauthorized user.

Fantastic! Let me know if I should put in a request or if they are going to put it in the next update.
