We are currently using Kryptiq's Secure Messenger / Patient Portal tied into CPS 12.0.6.
We are looking at enabling the family management feature so that we can allow for more accounts per email address, however we are have some concerns about this from a HIPAA standpoint.
How are people dealing with multiple accounts accessible under one email? Are patients signing a personal representative form? what about family planning and minors?
We soul like to hear form any one using the family management and how you are dealing with it.
thanks,
Josh
We require a Authorization of Disclosure form to be signed for all parties within one account naming each other.

There is a nice document on the http://support.kryptiq.com website about Family Management. The main thing is to keep in mind you can set the emancipation age to disable the account automatically, but also consider your state/local regulations regarding patient data such as problem list, medication list, etc.
I tried to attach the FM document here but can't figure it out. I can email it to you or you can get it from the website.
