How are you gathering medications and allergies from the portal? Is there a way to get it to populate in their respective places in EMR? I saw one "canned" page from SMPP that used an obsterm of LLIMPORTMEDS but it did not disperse the meds to anywhere I could see. Any help on how your workflow is set up for this process would be appreciated.

What portal are you using? Kryptiq? We asked the patient's to list thier meds then reviewed the list and manually updated in a clinical list update in the patient chart. That way, the information was reviewed first prior to being added to the actual meds list. For refills, we pulled the patients med list and had them check mark the one they wanted refilled. Worked out nicely! Are you having problems?

We are using Kryptiq. Physicians would like to have the meds and allergies populate in the update so we don't have to manually enter. Do you know if that's possible?
