Hello, I was told the eforms on the portal are supposed to drop into patient forms automatically because of the obs terms used. I notice they drop to flowsheet, are they also suppose to drop onto the forms? For example if a patient completed the social history eform or the past medical history eform, it will drop into the social history and past medical history form. Is that possible? Any information you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

If you see them in the flowsheet they are available to use on forms, at that point it depends entirely on how your forms are setup and which forms you use.
