Our Patient Portal doesn't seem to load the list of medication in the Medication Refill form. I know it used to load the list of current medications but I'm not sure at what point it stopped giving us the dropdown list. I checked the admin side of it and it seems to have Chart and Medication selected for preloaded answers. We have tried changing it to Problems and Allergies but we don't get a drop down list for some reason.
Has anyone encountered this before or may have any information regarding this issue? We would appreciate any help.

I exported my form, and pasted below. By the way, I am using Surescripts (formerly Kryptiq) and am guessing that you may be.
You may need to adjust for your practice - or maybe looking at mine will help you find the error in yours.
**Important note - you will need to change the file extension on this. from txt to exp and then import it into the Patient Portal.
