Hi All, We currently run a medium sized practice using Ge Centricity 12.0.13.2593 and are looking to change our Patient Portal (currently with Surescripts). I'm wondering if anyone has a Patient Portal provider they really recommend? Any help or guidance is much appreciated.
EZAccess Patient Portal - It's better than Centricity. We have more features than we could have ever imagined, and (thankfully), it fills in some gaps where Centricity fails. (Ex. It has it's own Meaningful Use reports that are relevant to the patient portal.) It also includes many automated things - like sending TOC documents to specialists and automatically creating/sending CVS's to the patients. We can even create forms for patients to complete at registration and prior to appointments (that use observation terms) that will import info directly into Centricity for us (ex. Family history). Of course it has all of the basics, but... super user friendly and still robust.
Thanks for your response, I've been hearing a lot of good things about EZ Access, I'm going to go ahead and request a demonstration.
We have been Medfusion for about 3 years now and love it. We have had good support, good turnaround time on any issues we had when we first started. We followed their game plan for implementation and it’s been great.
We use easy access and love the functionally. Its great. My knock on it is the UI could use come work.
We are trying to switch from Kryptiq, which has been tantamount to unusable for us. Are evaluating MedFusion, EZAccess, and Intelichart. Has anybody out there tried Intelichart?

Hello:
We are looking to implement the InteliChart patient portal, but still want to gather more feedback from other users. If there is anyone out there who is currently using the InteliChart patient portal, I would appreciate if you would reach out to me.
Thank you.

We are using Intelichart, they are building the product as needed but they don't seem to have a good grasp on how CPS does things. A lot of things I expect a portal company to just 'know' they don't seem to and everything gets pushed to development which seems to be a two week turn around (where they take a week to ask for the same info we already gave once). If we didn't know the DB and processes so in-depth I'm not sure exactly how they would have gotten it done.
Once they are done I expect the product will be good.. there is no way we are not the their first CPS client.. so we are taking one for the team, you can thank me later!
As for SBS - I can just advise we no longer use them.
