I keep getting calls from patients that are getting an error message that says they need to update to the latest version of their browser when they try to access the portal. They state they are; I can't support every computer our patients own, but I find it suspicious when it happens in waves like it does. Some have even downloaded Safari and still can't access it.
Does this happen to other places? Any suggestions?
We get calls regarding users with IE 11 getting the error message that they need to update their browser to the latest version. Kryptiq's resolution for now is to tell those users to put their browser into compatibility mode.
I also spoke with GE recently and they stated that SMPP works best with IE 9 or Firefox.... everything else is "limited support".
I have had patients on IE 9, that's what doesn't make sense. They also had me update to .NET 4.5 since I am on the latest version of SMPP because that would fix it too but that doesn't seem to help either.
I have tried to talk patients through getting the browser into compatibility mode, but..... that doesn't seem to be going so well.
