We've been having an issue where a couple of the test pts in our EMRs medication lists are not matching, i.e, one of our test patients has Valium listed in their past medications in the portal, but in the EMR, Valium is listed as an active med. Kryptiq updated us to the latest version of the portal, which did not resolve our issue. We're considering not going live unless this is fixed. Has anyone else had this issue?
Are you looking at Active Meds or All meds in the chart? Was valium on the med list at one time and is now removed. We are on the latest version for Kryptiq and medication lists match for our test patient.

Yes, we have this issue. GE is telling us that is probably only on test patients and may be related to filled in error documents, or other documents in the test patient chart that may be corrupt??? We created a brand new test patient with some new meds and they all showed up correctly. I'm not overly comfortable that this is just on test patients, but not sure where to go from here. We too have to make a decision about going live with this issue.
After waiting a week (I always find it amazing how many reps give you completely different answers to issues i.e. they have no clue), another rep told us that they're working on it with their engineering team and that it's a "known" issue and should be fixed in the next release in 1-2 months.
So pategb, are you going live with this bug?
We're still deciding what we're going to do. There is the option of turning off viewing meds until we're sure the bug is fixed, which if it's going to be w/in a month or 2, should be fine. We have a lot of other projects going live later in the year, & want to try to get the portal training done ASAP.
We aren't having this issue at all (that we are aware of). Have you clicked on the incorrect med to find the prescribed date and traced the documention in the chart? It may help to see if it was reactivated during a training or testing. I know that we do crazy things to our test patients sometimes.
Thanks for everyone's input. I'm going to check on all suggestions posted.
do you still have issues with the med list not matching?
I have had several pts with meds that are completely not theirs. Despite opening up a ticket more than 6 months ago- still have no answers as to what to do.
With the upgrade to CPS12- we have also noticed that INACTIVE problems are now part of the active problem list. Don't know how to resolve that.
I'm having to set a ton of diagnoses to inactive through queries on the back end. I have no idea why all these 3 digit or less codes are active in our system after upgrading to 12. It's giving our billing department a headache because the providers suddenly think they can start using all these "new" codes.
