Question are you able to create "handouts" within the portal, it would be information for the patient explaining things such as HIE.

I would think you could create a link that would open the handout so they could see/print it. It would be like creating any of the other forms or documents available on the portal. Are you wanting this to get documented in their chart that they received a particular handout? That is the part I am not sure about.
Just and informational handout, this would not go into the chart. I thought it would be similar to to what you said, so I guess the form would be created of all "Just Text". Thanks for your assistance.
In Administration, you can add a file. I have all my handouts as Word documents. So I added the file to the portal and then created an internal link pointing to my file. It works out nicely....well, it would if our portal was actually live. LOL
