We're a multi-clinic/multi-state medical group that use secure messaging and the portal. Our medical centers would like to know which of their patients have a portal account but not all have followed the workflow of putting the email into Centricity registration. The reporting functions in both the portal and SM are severely limited. Am I missing something? How do you report on your portal usage?

A couple of things:
1. Look at this post for SMPP reports previously shared which can get you started in SMPP: https://centricityusers.com/?pa.....messaging/
2. Kryptiq does allow for some different functionality if you turn sharing on with them. I haven't looked at those in years and can't comment on the reports themselves. Open a Support Ticket with Kryptiq.
3. What I've found works best is logging directly into SQLServer Managmement Studio and looking at the tables. Enterprise.dbo.kuser and kemailaddress are two places to start. You need to use sub-reports to link your EMR to SMPP.
