HI,
Has anyone found a way to send a secure message through a form WITHOUT sending the entire note.
For instance if I wanted to send a secure message within an office visit note, I want to only send what I have typed in a certain multi line edit field. Instead it seems that the entire office visit note gets sent.
Is there a way around this that anyone has figure out?

OK, I believe this is possible, based on something I did as a quick test.
Created a template/rule in the Auto Document Distribution that looked for a specific document type (for instance, Office visit). My rule (for a slightly different project) looked for the existence of an OBS code and for it to be set to "Complete".
I then created a template for an email (actually, just appended to one of my existing projects) to include text "The Following includes the details discussed with the Provider" and then in the template pasted for CHART OBSERVATION and that Obs Code.
When I signed/saved the document, a minute later my test patient email portal got a message, and when I logged into the Portal to read the message, saw the letter body and that Obs Code.
Thus, possible.
