Hello-
Our practice is using Kryptiq Patient Portal [name may have changed] and is interested in knowing if there is a way we can send an order from the orders module to a patient via secure messaging? I understand how to send/attach a signed document from the chart via. secure messaging, but would like to know if there is a way to send an order that lives in the orders module as well?? All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We currently are using the Kryptiq portal as well. Our IT installed "Print to PDF Pro" to our users desktop. User will print the order to the PDF Pro, then from the messaging tab on the chart desktop via the "attach" icon, they can choose "from file system" then "choose file" and browse out to their desktop to find the order. I hope this helps.
