Hi all,
Has anyone noticed that the Surescripts Patient Portal is now showing medications that were removed / canceled to the patient? A patient reported that they were seeing Norco multiple times, but we only had one active in that person's chart. If you have noticed that issue, have you been able to find a way around the issue?

Interesting, took a look and it appears that it is showing the history of the medications.
