Is anyone having issues importing the CCDA documents? We have an open ticket to troubleshoot, but wanted to check with everyone else if you have been experiencing the same thing. Any help would be appreciated!

We are on CPS 12 and from talking with GE yesterday, they said more people have been calling and having issues with this. My ticket has been escalated to Platform and we will see what they say. This is painful.

Are your providers talking about attesting to the hardship rule since we still don't have access to CQR reports? Although I send reminders to them about workflows, we/they have no idea where they're at, what they're missing because we have nothing to go by.
I've never been more frustrated or anxious about MU than I am this year.
For those folks receiving CCD-As from your local hospitals, are you receiving a consistent format to the attachments you get?
Most hospitals seem to send only a single *.XML file (which fails like the descriptions above). Because these often also show errors on the NIST, it is still unclear whether this issue is with GE/Kryptiq, the HISP or the hospital.
A few hospitals send a full *.zip package (which often works).
Yes we are always getting an .XML and .HTML file every time. I have spoken with GE and they are stating this is an SPR and that it is still under investigation. I do not have an update other than this for now.
