Has anyone seen this error. One of our patient is experiencing this error when she "view my chart" in the patient portal. On top of her broswer, it's saying "the document recieved from the practice contain error preventing all data from displaying & or displaying correctly" Please contact your provider to fix y our clinical document.

I have not seen this on our systems, but the first thing I would check, is try it from within the practice to ensure its not a browser issue.

I can't replicate it. will talk to the patient soon but not sure what i can do.

If you log into the system with the patients credentials and can view it, then most likely its either a browser problem on there end or malware.
