IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW CCC HTML FORMS? AFTER WE UPGRADED SOME OF OUR SYSTEMS TO NOT LOAD THE FORM CORRECTLY. IT SPINS FOR ABOUT 1 - 1.30 SECONDS BEFORE IS FINALLY LOADS. IT DOES NOT DO THIS WHEN YOU ONLY LOAD JUST THOSE FORMS OR ON ALL SYSTEMS. JUST OUR LAPTOPS. ANY IDEAS?
I would be very curious to know if there are any issues with the HTML Rx renewal form - that seems like a deal breaker if that form takes too long to load. We haven't upgraded yet, but are most interested in doing so because of prescription refill options.
In our DEV environment I have seen the spinning on all the new HTML at one time or another. Mine seems to spin for about 6 minutes most of the time. It was constant when I first started testing. I had them re-import the HTML forms and it did get a little better.
It does seem to be sporadic. I haven't been able to pin point what triggers it. GE is aware of it, but I don't have a SP or SPR number. If I hear anything I will post an update.

Yes, I had a testing event with about 10 Providers and most of them in the room got an error message "The System Encountered an Error".
Error occurred in class WebServiceClientBase, method Get Request.
Throughout the testing most of my users experienced this error message and had to end the document. I had one user that could never access the form. I logged SR and waiting to hear from GE with the next steps.
We experienced a system crash (in our test system) when entering the new HTML rx form IF the patient is marked sensitive. There is an SPR filed 68973. GE said that coding changes for SP1 was closed on Dec 2 so this will either be in SP2 or a hot fix.
Thank you. That indeed is our issue. It appears that it impacts new prescriptions AND Rx Refills.
Ours loads fine in regards to speed. We just went to 12.2 sp1 Friday night. We are having a few occurrences of the HTML Rx Refill form not showing in full size. Anyone have that happen?
