Here is a quick screening template for Visual Signature Capture for the nCoV virus. It asks 3 questions. I've updated the last question to more closely match what athenahealth has put out in their form that was just released:
Have you visited China in the past 2 weeks?
Did you visit the city of Wuha, Hubei Province?
Do you have any of the following? Cough, Fever, Sore Throat, Shortness of Breath, None (Anything but None is the equivalent of Yes)
Answer all three Yes, and the Document Summary in Centricity of the PDF attachment of the questionnaire will read: "*!2019-nCoV Exposure Likely!*"
Answer 1 and 3 Yes or 1 and 2, and it reads "*!2019-nCoV Exposure Possible!*".
All other combinations return "2019-nCoV Unlikely*
I'm looking for suggestions to improve it. Since athenahealth's form doesn't pull in previous observation terms and isn't Visual Signature Capture aware, this version doesn't have observation terms. There are new observation terms for in the January Factory Obs Term Kit.
