We are working with Walgreens on a 340b program and need to include a barcode indicating the patient's participation in the program. They want this "barcode" to appear in the prescribers address line 2.
Anyone know how to set this up? Please respond to me at [email protected]. Thanks in advance!

You can go to http://www.bizfonts.com and download a free Code39 barcode. It's not the smallest size barcode (but, it's free), so you might have to buy a better one. What you do is install the barcode to each PC (or Citrix server) where printing occurs.
Edit the relevant Crystal Report. Create a formula to say what you want and then change the font, same as if you were switching between Arial and Courier. You should see the barcode as a font option. Be sure to test it on different printers and scanners.
Bizfonts was recommended by others on the CHUG and we use it on certain paper Orders requisitions to barcode the PatientID.
