Hello all,
Really hoping someone can explain this to me. Here's the deal...
In an encounter form I have the following three check boxes:
- "Problem list reviewed." (Connected as a new observation to "PROBLEMS REV")
- "Medication list reviewed." (Connected as a new observation to "MEDS REVIEW")
- "Allergy list reviewed." (Connected as a new observation to "ALLERGY REV")
The problem and medication check boxes work fine, but when you check the allergy box and then put the document on hold and open it again, the allergy box is unchecked, although by viewing clinical list changes I see that "ALLERGY REV" is still populated.
Any idea why this would be happening? Any input would be most appreciated.

Hi Brandon, I am seeing this too. Did you ever get a fix on that?

run a trace and search the output for the obsterm to see what's going on.
