We are working on a chronic pain management form and would like to include electronic versions of the AUDIT (The Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test), the COMM (Current Opioid Misuse Measure), and the DAST (The Drug Abuse Screening Test) that leads to a computer-generated score. Are there existing versions out there that we could incorporate? It looks like all the score obs terms are in the system. Thanks in advance!
