In our current CPS 9.5 environment, when users click the "Medication" button they get a form with the patients current medications, if they want to add a medication then they click the "new" button. They also have a check box that produces a statement "Medications Reviewed during this visit". We are in the process of upgrading to VS 11 and the form does not have this option. I know my predecessor had modified this in 9.5, but for the lifeof this newbie I can't figure out how he did it! If someone could just point me to where this (see screen shot) form in pulled from it would be helpful.

Laurie, that screen print is the Medications module Update Medications dialog. It is part of the EMR client and isn't a form. You can't modify that.
