I am wondering if anyone has developed a form or a quicker workflow to add medications to the chart. Our MA's must look up each med individually then add it to the chart one at a time. This can be cumbersome when the patient has 10+ medications to add/update at a visit.

Query the Medication Hx from the PBMs via the Meds button. You can save meds to the Chart right from there. It's still one-by-one, but is much faster than a preload since you don't have to Search.
Let's hope CCD reconciliations to the Chart with Stage 2 make this a thing of the past!
