We are experiencing issues with our appointment schedule. We have had problems such as the schedule not lining up with the right times or the correct patients. Reception often refreshes the schedule and it will then go back to normal, but they often have to refresh several times throughout the day. Patients then are coming for their appointments at the wrong times and sometimes the appointment notes are in the wrong patients appointment notes. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If so, do you have any recommendations?

We have had this issue for several months also. I do not have any recommendations but am wondering if maybe the next update will fix the issue.
That is what they had said about the last two updates. 🙁
We will not be upgrading anytime soon due to multiple patient safety issues. 🙁
