Does anyone have a report (crystal or Analytics) that would show patient appointments with their actual duration (time checked in and time checked out) rather then the scheduled duration?

The only way I'm aware of how to do this would be to use the Appointment Statuses in Scheduling. So create a new appt status for "Checked Out" and make sure that clinical or front staff update the appt status to "Checked Out" when the patient leaves. Then there are appt status reports that will track the time between statuses (so the time between "checked in" and "checked out"). If you can't find a report, let me know and I can probably send you the .bin file to upload to the Reports component. Hope that helps.
